Last Friday I noticed that my weblog software had logged a referral link. This is a BIG DEAL because it means that someone actually linked to my weblog. It also means that maybe someone other than myself and my two friends might be reading this drivel. I usually investigate these types of things just to make sure it’s not an angry ex-girlfriend or something linking her disparaging remarks to my weblog. (which of course said remarks would be ALL LIES)

So I follow the link and this is what I find:

Wow. Not just awesome, but consistently awesome? My fist thought was “this girl’s gotta be batshit crazy.” It’s safe to assume that I’m pretty much ashamed about the stuff I post here but I keep doing it for what’s gotta be some crazy narcissistic reason. Anyway, once I accepted the compliment my skepticism turned into flattery. A comment like that really is great motivation.

So to return the favor I checked out her site today. And it’s funny. Really funny. Like some parts are mimi and dooce funny. It’s also well written. (and we all know I have a soft spot in my heart for girls that can make me laugh and write good*) My goodness, do I love this person and don’t even know them? Wouldn’t be the first time.
